Our team covers 80% of the work, without subcontracting third-party companies. For specialized work, such as aluminum glazing or hardware, we work hand in hand with absolutely trustworthy local suppliers.

Our professionals are in constant training to incorporate the latest construction advances, the best materials, and rigorously comply with current regulations.

About Adrián Milena

Adrián Milena founded Interdico Home Builder to make his love for quality construction a reality. More than 20 years of experience have given him the necessary background to excel in each project.

As he himself explains, when looking at an architectural plan, he already knows how to visualise how the construction details will be executed. His experience and specialisation allow him to quickly understand all the implications of each project. Interdico is able to prepare precise estimates, with which the owner avoids surprises.

Today, Adrián Milena’s eyes still shine when he sees a well-built home. His greatest pride is that this home was built by Interdico Home Builder.
